#Guanajuato, #Gto.- The mayor of Guanajuato Capital, Alejandro Navarro, invited the Guanajuato public to get ready to experience the ceremonial start and the spectacular urban sections of Rally Mexico in Guanajuato, Capital del Motor.

As host and fan of extreme motorsport, Navarro pointed out that one of the most anticipated dates on the world’s sporting calendar is approaching: on Thursday, March 16, 2023, Mexico’s most beautiful city will host the ceremonial start and two timed circuits of the third round of the World Rally Championship (WRC). It is the first on dirt surface of the FIA World Rally Championship and one of the most striking due to the scenery of Guanajuato, both in the canyon and on the roads of the sierra.

«There are still almost two months to go, but get ready to experience the best of Rally Mexico in the Motor Capital,» said Alejandro Navarro, mayor of the most trusted colonial destination in the world.

The start ceremony will begin at 7:55 p.m. on the esplanade of the Alhóndiga de Granaditas, a key site in the history of rallying in Mexico. The two street stages will start at 8:05 and 8:28 p.m., with the incredible ramps and descents that characterize Guanajuato as one of the most attractive spots in motorsports.
