#EstadoDeGuerrero.- During this first long weekend of 2023 on the occasion of the 106th Anniversary of the Mexican Political Constitution, which runs from Saturday, February 4 to Monday, February 6, the tourist destinations of Guerrero experienced a high influx of visitors who enjoyed the attractions and tourist products of the state.

So far this year, the state of Guerrero has obtained very good results in tourism; product of the great coordinated work of the three levels of government with the tourism sector and the wise tourism policies promoted by Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda. During this first long weekend, Guerrero received 104,656 visitors who generated an economic revenue of 691.6 million pesos; the average hotel occupancy registered in the state was 74.8%.

Taxco de Alarcón received 4,666 visitors in its hotels, causing an economic revenue of 15.3 million pesos. The average hotel occupancy recorded during this period was 67.54 percent; it should be noted that on Sunday, February 5, the Magical Town reported its highest occupancy so far this year, reaching 97%.

Acapulco obtained excellent results with an influx of 81,722 tourists, who generated an economic spill of 553.1 million pesos; the average hotel occupancy was 75.83 percent, highlighting that during this weekend the Golden Zone of the port was the preferred one by tourists.
