#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- The Municipal President, Marco Antonio Rodríguez Hurtado, promulgated the Bando Municipal document that will govern the actions of the citizens of Tlalnepantla, regarding their rights and obligations, during 2023.

«In terms of the provisions of Articles 31 first section, 48 second section, 160 second paragraph and 165 of the Organic Municipal Law of the State of Mexico, and in accordance with the agreement issued in the second item of the agenda of the seventh extraordinary session of the City Council, held on January 26, 2023, I promulgate the present Municipal Bando that will be of general observance within the territory of Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico,» said the Mayor.

Accompanied by the Secretary of Social Development of the State Government, Brenda Alvarado Sánchez, the Mayor published the Bando Municipal at the entrance of the Municipal Palace, the access to the Water Agency (OPDM), the Public Safety Police Station and the Municipal DIF System in Santa Mónica, so that Tlalnepantlenses know the ordinances established in this document.

Within the framework of the promulgation of the Constitutions of 1857 and 1917, the Seventh Councilman, Christian Quintana Muñoz, made a review of this historical fact, in addition to explaining the importance of the Bando Municipal, which establishes the guiding principles that guide the government and municipal development; the rights and obligations of the inhabitants, as well as the duties of public servants, in addition to laying the foundations for a government of proximity, open and participatory.
