Baja California and Tabasco initiate diagnostics to join the IMSS Bienestar Health Plan / @lopezobrador_ @GobiernoMX >>>

#GobiernoDeMéxico.- In Baja California and Tabasco, field diagnostics began in hospitals and health centers in order to learn about their needs, which the Mexican Government will address through the IMSS Well-being Plan, an initiative to guarantee universal, free, quality healthcare in the country, informed the Director General of the Mexican Social Security Institute, Zoé Robledo Aburto.

In a morning press conference with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, he announced progress in other states that will be part of this system; for example, in Tamaulipas and Chiapas, tours of first and third level units are underway. Meanwhile, Hidalgo and Quintana Roo have concluded this process.

IMSS Bienestar is consolidating its presence in Guerrero, Veracruz, Michoacán and Morelos.

The IMSS Bienestar program is present in 42 hospitals and 983 first level health centers in Guerrero. It also promotes conservation actions through the purchase of 1,419 assets for 61.65 million pesos.
