#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- Once again San Miguel de Allende is once again a national reference, as it has been nominated as «Best Destination in Mexico» by Food and Travel Mexico magazine.

The Food And Travel Reader Awards called on travelers from Mexico and the world to vote for the best of national and international tourism, so the Mexico 2022 edition included San Miguel among the best and most consolidated Mexican destinations, including beach destinations such as La Paz, Baja California Sur; Merida, Yucatan and Punta de Mita, Nayarit; or magical towns such as San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas and destinations with tourist routes such as Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California.

This vote of travelers in the Mexican tourism industry and in some parts of the world, in its seventh edition, also gives voice to 37 specialists in the hospitality industry and the Board of the editorial, who are recognized authorities and have defined these nominations, divided into 23 categories, proposed based on their extensive knowledge and experience, to chefs, restaurants, bars, gourmet spaces, destinations, hotels, airlines, wellness experiences, cruises and travel agencies.

Online voting has been open since December 5 and closed on February 10, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, February 23, an event at which the municipal president, Mauricio Trejo, will represent all San Miguel residents.
