#IMSS.- The Director General of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Zoé Robledo, highlighted that the specialist doctors who participate in the recruitment day, known as draft, are the best, those with the highest averages, they belong to a generation that lived through the pandemic and it is hoped that in the future they will be recognized as those of the transformation of the health systems.

During the event «United Let’s Transform Health Services Care. IMSS Family 2023», held at the SNTSS Churubusco Social and Sports Center, Zoé Robledo informed that the plan is to offer more than 5,200 positions for 1,624 hospitals of the Institute in its Ordinary Regime and the IMSS-Wellness program.

In the presence of 400 medical residents who graduated from IMSS, the General Director of Social Security explained that they will be offered greater economic incentives and will be able to opt for double hiring, by being part of a shift in Social Security and also in the Decentralized Public Body (OPD) IMSS-Bienestar in the same city.

In addition, he said that support will also be given to the doctors’ partners so that they can be hired at the Social Security or other institutions, «there are state governments that are opening their labor exchanges to us to look for them to be hired there, because they are starting a heritage, a life project».
