The State of Guanajuato guarantees the legal certainty of families’ patrimony / @diegosinhue @gobiernogto >>>

#EstadoDeGuanajuato.- With land tenure regularization actions, the Ministry of Government guarantees the legal certainty of the patrimony of Guanajuato families.

In Guanajuato, 879 families in vulnerable situations, through the General Directorate of Land Tenure Security, received their title deeds at a preferential cost, which allows them to secure their patrimony, improve their social environment and the legal certainty of land tenure.

In these land tenure regularization actions, we worked with 17 municipalities in the state, benefiting 38 families in rural areas and 841 in urban areas.

We modernized the technical work of location and surface of human settlements with the acquisition of GPS equipment for topographic measurement via satellite, which allowed the measurement of more than 23 million square meters.
