#SECTUR.- During this period, from March 17 to 20, the Green Angels corporation expects to provide 1,804 services for 6,613 tourists, with the deployment of 214 active units and 724 elements, covering a total of 37,378 kilometers on 199 highway routes.

Sectur is strengthening road tourism during this long weekend, through the General Directorate of Tourist Services «Angeles Verdes» and the Program of Quality and Attention to Tourism, as part of its attributions, providing assistance and tourist protection coverage by road.

During the road trip made by tourists to reach their destinations, the service of attention and mechanical assistance of the Ministry of Tourism, through the Green Angels, can be requested through the mobile application «Angeles Verdes», available for Android and iOS devices, or the speed dialing number 078.

The Secretary of Tourism, Miguel Torruco Marqués, reaffirmed that, for the second long weekend of the year, there will be an economic spill of 45,578 million pesos due to the consumption of tourist services in the country’s destinations, according to estimates.
