#Irapuato, #Gto.- To raise awareness about digital violence and provide tools to avoid it, the Municipal Institute of Women of Irapuato (Inmira), held the panel ‘Digitalization in Guanajuato. Equality or Inequality in women’.

Valeria Alfaro, president of the Municipal DIF System, recalled that the Government of Irapuato, headed by the municipal president, Lorena Alfaro García, works with a gender equality approach.

«She, along with the Women’s Institute, have organized all this month countless activities, both cultural and recreational, sports, today we are in this panel and it is because she has a genuine interest in that we have spaces for expression,» she stressed.

Georgina Aboytes Guerrero, director of Inmira, pointed out that the objective of the panel is for women to learn about digitalization, how to use it to their advantage and support each other to stop violence in social networks.
