#EstadoDeMéxico.- In order to provide legal certainty to families regarding their patrimony and facilitate the procedures for obtaining deeds, Governor Alfredo Del Mazo Maza delivered property and possession titles, benefiting 1,500 families from Coacalco, Ecatepec, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Tecámac and Tultepec.

«Today we are delivering this documentation to several families in the municipality of Coacalco, Cuautitlán Izcalli, the municipality of Tultepec, Tecámac and, simultaneously, 12 delegations of Imevis, we are delivering 1,500 property titles. This is a great program because, first, it helps us to make the process more agile, faster, and second, it lowers the costs so that it is more accessible,» explained Del Mazo Maza.

During a working tour of the municipality of Coacalco, where he met with Mayor David Sánchez Isidoro, the Mexican President emphasized that the delivery of this documentation, through the program Familias Fuertes en su Patrimonio, represents a great saving for the family economy.

He exemplified that, if a Summary Judgment of Usucapion were to be carried out on its own, the cost could reach 30 or 40 thousand pesos, but thanks to this program it is possible to do it with 945 pesos, while, in the case of Mortgage Cancellation, it would cost between 8 thousand and 10 thousand pesos, and thanks to this strategy, the beneficiaries only have to pay 1,200 pesos.
