DIF Celaya and the Polytechnic University of Guanajuato deliver groceries to 300 families / @jmendozamarquez @municipiocelaya >>>

#Celaya, #Gto.- This Thursday afternoon in the vicinity of the Founders Park, the Polytechnic University of Guanajuato, UPG, in coordination with the System for the Integral Development of the Family, delivered 300 pantries for the benefit of families in neighborhoods and communities.

This is a joint effort between educational authorities of this important house of studies, students and their families, as well as staff of the DIF System, who channel this support to those who need it most.

This is the fifth delivery so far in the current administration and the first in 2023.

Those who have collaborated to improve the quality of life and food development, mainly the students, as well as the President of DIF, Mrs. Rosita Suárez de Mendoza, who has been one of the main promoters of these and other actions in favor of the citizens, were invited to this event.

The Municipal President of Celaya, Francisco Javier Mendoza Márquez, highlighted the participation of the youth in social causes and asked to follow the example, to make Celaya a big family that collaborates for the benefit of the common good.

«There are many people who require our commitment as is yours, I congratulate you, you are giving a great meaning to life, helping your fellow men, may you continue fulfilling the mission we have in life, and let us continue paying that generational quota to which we are all obliged».
