#EstadoDeMéxico.- In order to increase its presence in the automotive cluster at a national and international level, Valeo Sistemas Eléctricos announced a project in which it will invest 29 million dollars in a production plant in the municipality of Lerma, which will promote its integration into the value chain of Stellantis, which has one of its most important plants in the country in Toluca.

It is worth mentioning that this company, which has been present in Mexico since 1990, has strengthened the automotive sector at a national level with innovation and permanent improvements, and currently has 12,500 workers in its 16 production plants and three research centers, which are among the most advanced in the country within the automotive parts segment.

In this regard, the Governor of the State of Mexico pointed out that Valeo has a presence in the State of Mexico through a production plant in Toluca and a research center that strengthen the integration, competitiveness and efficiency of this company in the Mexican automotive cluster.

«Today the directors of @Valeo_Group, a global leader in the manufacture of automotive parts, informed us that they will expand their industry in our state with a new production plant in #Lerma,» he wrote on social networks.

In the Toluca facilities this company has more than 650 employees and sales of 90 million euros, which places it as one of the main plants in the country in the production of automotive cooling systems.
