#Veracruz, #Ver.- Mayoress Paty Lobeira de Yunes, accompanied by the president of the Carnival Committee, Luis Antonio Perez Fraga, made the official presentation of the elected Royal Court of the Carnival of Veracruz 2023, the most joyful in the world, congratulating them for their dedication and commitment to be part of this great celebration of the people of Veracruz.

In an event held at the Clavijero Theater, the Mayoress presented the King of Joy, César Vargas «El Cremas», Itzel Cárdenas, queen of this 99th edition of the Carnival; and the children’s kings, Patricio «Pato» Veloz and Daniela Rivera.

Also to the princesses, princes and princesses, and to the maidens and knights of joy. «Everyone is officially welcome to the greatest celebration of the people of Veracruz; at the Veracruz City Hall we are very excited and happy because our Carnival is approaching,» she said.
