#EstadoDeMéxico.- The state Secretary of Labor, Maribel Góngora Espinosa, delivered furniture to strengthen the training offered at Ciudad Mujeres in this municipality, and better prepare those who attend its workshops to join the productive sector or who wish to start their own business.

During the event, the first generation of graduates of the workshops offered there was also recognized with training certificates, and the second course to be offered in this place was welcomed.

In this regard, the Secretary said that «in this space the women of Mexico can take different courses to strengthen their employment or self-employment options».

She added that the courses offered by the Institute of Training and Industrial Work Training (ICATI) in Ciudad Mujeres, through the School of Arts and Crafts (EDAYO) of San Mateo Atenco, were created to help them achieve economic independence.

Accompanied by the General Director of the Institute, Jaime Rebollo Hernández, the official emphasized that we must work hand in hand with the business sector, especially now that women have an option for entrepreneurship.

In congratulating those who completed their training, she emphasized that Ciudad Mujeres is an emblematic work of Governor Alfredo Del Mazo Maza, «which demonstrates, with facts, that it has been him who looked at women, who cared about empowering and empowering them».
