#IMSS.- Doctor Chiflón and his band visited children hospitalized in the Pediatric Hospital of CMN Siglo XXI, to whom they brought moments of joy and entertainment.

The IMSS Volunteers and the Civil Association Doctor Clown work hand in hand to bring pediatric patients hospitalized in hospitals a moment of fun, with the mission of humanizing medicine, and assist in the process of recovering health with love and joy.

Under the values of respect, humility and integrity, the volunteers of Doctor Clown visited children hospitalized at the National Medical Center (CMN) Siglo XXI, to bring them entertainment through games, jokes, imitations and good humor volunteers.

Alex García, better known as «Dr. Chiflón», has been visiting different medical units for 12 years with the purpose of bringing moments of joy and magic, in synergy with the health personnel; on this occasion it was the turn of the High Specialty Medical Unit (UMAE) Pediatric Hospital.

«We were able to witness the great work of health personnel in the hospital, and also the beautiful work that the moms do with the hospitalized children; we were able to play, build dreams, we met princesses, magic robots that with their hand tickled us from a distance,» she emphasized.

He said that the objective of these visits is to transform the hospital space with an element of fun, love and connection.

Dr. Chiflón emphasized that his best learning experience when living with hospitalized children is the desire to live and their generosity, «the wish that during our time on this plane we can be love and a channel of light; I love to see the children and their desire for their parents to get involved in the games».
