#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- To promote physical activity, the Municipal Government of Tecámac, through the Municipal Institute of Physical Culture and Sports (Imdeporte), carries out various sporting events as part of the program ¡Muévete con Ganas!

From July 6 to 9, instructors will teach aerobic dance classes, yoga, Olympic wrestling, athletics, as well as karate and boxing exhibitions, aqua fitness activities, neighborhood soccer, a friendly bocce tournament and a family bike ride.

With the mandate of Mayoress Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, Imdeporte’s staff carries out these activities to promote family coexistence and that future generations acquire the habit of practicing a sport.

In order to participate in these activities, those interested only have to go to the venue and to the class of their choice, all these activities are free of charge. In the case of aquafitnes they must be of legal age and wear a bathing suit and hat.

Let’s Get Movin’! It will take place at Plaza Estado de México II, Geo; Ozumbilla Sports Center, Santo Domingo Ajoloapan Arch, Sierra Hermosa Ecological and Sports Park, Tecámac-Cedros Heroes Sports Unit, Technical High School 223, Real del Cid, Lagos Urbi Sports Center, Bosques de Portugal Arch and Monarcas Sports Center.
