Issste makes 77% progress in resolving needs detected during working tours by the head of the institution / @drpedrozenteno @ISSSTE_mx >>>

#ISSSTE.- As a result of the 392 supervisory visits carried out by the Director General, Pedro Zenteno Santaella, the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (Issste) attended to 5,695 of the 7,370 needs detected, which represents 77 percent progress -up to June 30- in the strengthening of medical units throughout the country.

The head of the Directorate of Representative Offices, Israel Antonio Acosta Ibarra, informed that follow-up visits are being made to verify the resolution of the incidents detected.

Personnel from Issste’s representative offices in the states take the necessary actions to solve them; subsequently, a multidisciplinary work group is formed, responsible for supervising.

The Deputy Coordinator of Institutional Liaison, José Salvador Núñez González, pointed out that, in accordance with the five priority actions indicated by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and the Director General of Issste, the operation of the facilities was verified, confirming that the instructions are being followed from the representative offices, thus strengthening the Institute’s resolution capacity.
