More than 721 thousand people have graduated from ICATI courses during the current administration / @Edomex

#Economía.- Through the 47 Schools of Arts and Trades (EDAYO) and 18 External Training Units (UCE), Governor Alfredo Del Mazo Maza’s administration has provided more than 45 thousand courses for and in the workplace, from which more than 721 thousand people have graduated, said the Secretary of Labor, Maribel Góngora Espinosa.

During the Signing of the Training, Liaison and Mentoring Agreement between the Coordinating Council of Women Entrepreneurs Chapter State of Mexico and the Institute of Training and Training for Industrial Work (ICATI), the Secretary of Labor emphasized that the State of Mexico has the largest training system in the country and this agreement represents a new opportunity to strengthen the areas of training and productivity in the State of Mexico.

She added that the objective is to link Mexican women to the different areas of opportunity in the labor field, and for this purpose it is necessary to adapt the conditions of the jobs to the needs of women and promote wage equality.

Góngora Espinosa emphasized that the Secretary of Labor of the Government of the State of Mexico, through ICATI, has promoted continuous education, training and updating of the population already incorporated or that wants to be incorporated into the labor market, in order to generate more decent and well-paid jobs that contribute to the strengthening of the economy.

In this way, she added, the work carried out by ICATI and the promotion of projects of small economic units and consolidated companies that are managed by members of the Coordinating Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the State of Mexico (CCME), find points of coincidence to expand the benefits related to the hiring of personnel and the development of supply chains.
