Three México City airport entities will be transferred to the Ministry of the Navy: SICT / @jorgenunol @SCT_mx >>>

#SICT.- The parastatal entities Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México, S.A. de C.V., Servicios Aeroportuarios de la Ciudad de México, S.A. de C.V. and Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México, S.A. de C.V. will be grouped into the sector coordinated by the Secretary of the Navy, establishes the Agreement published today in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF).

The Agreement signed by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the Secretary of the Navy (SEMAR), José Rafael Ojeda Durán, and the Secretary of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), Jorge Nuño Lara, establishes that it will become effective 60 calendar days after its publication in the DOF.

During this period, the SICT, in its capacity as sector coordinator of the three parastatals, will update their capital stock based on the audited financial statements as of the close of the immediately preceding fiscal year. The SICT will also be in charge of the total transfer of the representative shares of the federal government and other actions provided for in the applicable legal provisions.

The SICT and SEMAR will be responsible for the process of transferring the human, financial and material resources of the parastatal entities mentioned in the Agreement. As well as providing the necessary information for the integration of the Public Account of the corresponding fiscal year, within the scope of their competence.

The Agreement instructs the other agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration, within the scope of their competence, to assist in the transition of the sectorization, in the indicated period.
