Government of Tlalnepantla provides security with «Back to School» Operation / @TonyRodriguezMX @Gob_Tlalne >>>
#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- Marco Antonio Rodríguez Hurtado, Municipal President of Tlalnepantla, gave the starting signal at 6:00 a.m. sharp for the «Back to School» prevention, security and traffic operation, which guarantees that students, teachers and parents have the necessary protection measures for the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year.
Through the General Commissioner of Public Safety and Transit the operation was implemented, which is developed with 1,245 elements in 2 daily shifts and 155 units, as well as permanent surveillance through the two C4 (east and west) that the municipality has, with 2,005 video surveillance cameras throughout the local territory.
«In the Municipal Government of Tlalnepantla we are concerned and we take care that this new school year is successful, with the support that we will always give in a respectful and institutional way. We want citizens to have a good back to school, with the intention of safeguarding their physical and property integrity, as well as speeding up the traffic in school zones of high mobility».
«There will be 649 campuses covered, 372 public schools of all levels and 277 private campuses, which will give a total of more than 123 thousand students returning to the different educational institutes in Tlalnepantla. It is important to mention that there are 119 priority schools where we have more attention, due to their high student density, as well as 20 high traffic road points that are monitored and there is security,» said the mayor.
The implementation of the operation is carried out jointly with the departments of Education, Mobility and Civil Protection, in order to provide comprehensive protection to those who return to school today.
Edmundo Ranero Barrera, Secretary of the City Council, Arturo Centeno Cano, Commissioner of Public Safety and Municipal Transit, as well as directors of the different areas of government were present during the start of the operation.
