#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The event in charge of Manuel Fuentes, director of Imdeporte Tecámac, took place this Sunday at the Sierra Hermosa Ecological and Sports Park.

«With the 5K Athletic Race concluded the celebrations of the 198th anniversary of the erection of the municipality of Tecámac, in which sports event just over 400 competitors participated,» reported the director of #Imdeporte.

Just over 400 athletes participated in the 5K race that took place this Sunday at the Sierra Hermosa Ecological and Sports Park, to conclude the activities that took place as part of the 198th anniversary of the municipality of Tecámac.

The event took place in the Sierra Hermosa Ecological and Sports Park, in four different categories, in the male and female branches, which was endorsed by the Mexican Athletics Federation.

Flor de María Varias Pérez won first place in the women’s veterans category and Carlos Jiménez Ruiz in the men’s category; Perla Cortés Cárdenas was the winner in the women’s master’s category and Román Arrollo Trejo in the men’s category.

While in the women’s free category Estephany Velázquez Rodríguez came in first place and Angel Hernández Vega, in the men’s free category. Dafne Páez Juárez took first place in the women’s Abolsutos and Musa Levinkai Caprioti in the men’s Absolutos.

The government of Tecámac, headed by the president Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante (through Manuel Fuentes, director of Imdeporte), thanked all the athletes for their participation in this sporting event and reaffirmed the commitment to continue promoting various events and activities of the highest level.
