#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The president of Tecámac, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, explained why she kissed President Andrés Manuel López Obrador during his visit to her municipality to supervise the implementation of the «Bienestar» programs together with Governor Delfina Gómez at the «Sierra Hermosa» Ecological and Sports Park.

Regarding the kiss on the hand, the Mayor explained, «What can I tell you, friends? Believe me, I lost my father when I was 50 years old. He was only 50 years old, God called him to account and today I had the opportunity to thank the President of the Republic for everything he has done for our beautiful town, which is Tecámac, it was an impulse that I felt and that was born from my heart and it is so natural».
