The mayor of Tonanitla must answer for aggressions against the Government of Tecámac: Mariela Gutiérrez / @MarielaGtzEsc @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The Municipal President of Tecámac, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, made a call to the Secretary of Government of the State of Mexico and the Local Congress so that without pressure from the municipality of Tonanitla, the problem of territorial limits is resolved, so that everything is solved based on respect.

The Mayor indicated that the municipal president of Tonanitla will have to answer before the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico for the crimes and misdemeanors he committed against my government and the affected citizens.

He assured that «the evidence in audios and videos of his abusive, arrogant and ignorant of the law and the limits it imposes on those of us who are public servants, instigating violence against the inhabitants of his municipality».

Gutiérrez Escalante denounced that there are even threats against him. For what he said, all this, «will serve to strengthen the criminal and administrative lawsuits that we will present as Municipal Government requesting his dismissal and the sanctions that his criminal conduct deserves».

He reiterated that «we have been tolerant, but there are those who confuse that attitude with lack of courage».

The Constitutional President of Tecámac emphasized: «I hope that the Secretary General of Government, in charge of Horacio Duarte Olivares, will act energetically so that governability (in this small area) is reestablished on the basis of respect».
He called on the Local Deputies of the State of Mexico to consider this conduct and the aggressions to which we are subjected when resolving the process being followed in the Territorial Boundary Commission.
