#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- In order for the people of Tecámac to safely appreciate the solar eclipse on October 14, the Civil Protection and Firefighters Coordination Department recommends that they follow the safety measures to make it an unforgettable experience and not damage their visual health permanently.

The partial solar eclipse will be observed in Tecámac, this Saturday from 9:36 am and its maximum point will be at 11:09 am and will culminate at 12:50 pm.

Among the recommendations given by the Civil Protection Coordination are: Do not use regular sunglasses or homemade filters, supervise children at all times, do not look directly at the sun without adequate protection, use adequate filters for cameras and telescopes, observe the eclipse in the shade.

Civil Protection also mentioned that for greater protection the population can observe this astronomical phenomenon online through live transmissions from reliable sources.
Likewise, the coordination recommended the inhabitants to stay informed and follow these protection measures, so they can safely appreciate one of the astronomical phenomena that produces greater expectation among the population.
