Guanajuato Ministry of Education Strengthens Actions in Favor of the Comprehensive Education of Elementary School Students / @diegosinhue @gobiernogto >>>

#EstadoDeGuanajuato.- With the objective of analyzing and generating guidelines on the reinsertion policy for students reinstated in Basic Education schools, as well as to follow up on the process of applying the Single High School Examinations (EXUMS), the state meeting of coordinators of Educational Development of the 7 Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Education of Guanajuato (SEG) was held.

Representing the Undersecretary of Basic Education, José de Jesús Gonzalo García Pérez, Esmeralda Imelda Barquera Arteaga, General Director of Basic Education, said that «this type of meeting allows us to influence decision-making and actions to favor the development of education in Guanajuato».

During the meeting, which took place in the LEA classroom of the Irapuato Talent High School, the reinsertion policy and consultation on the follow-up of reinstated students was analyzed; in addition, the process of the application of the single exams for upper secondary education (EXUMS) was followed up, as well as the Forum: Rethinking Education to Build the Best Education System for Guanajuato.

In relation to the EXUMS, results were analyzed and how they can be used through strategic planning to support high school graduates.

The meeting was attended by the heads of these coordinations, belonging to the 7 Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Education, in: Abasolo, Acámbaro, Celaya, Dolores Hidalgo, León, San Luis de la Paz and Irapuato, as the venue for the event.
