«Let’s join efforts for our brothers in Guerrero»: Rosita Suárez / @jmendozamarquez @municipiocelaya >>>

#Celaya, #Gto.- The president of the Board of Trustees of the DIF Celaya System, Rosita Suarez de Mendoza, makes an appeal to the people of Celaya to join the collection of food that will be sent to those affected by Hurricane Otis in the State of Guerrero.

The above, due to the slow response that has been had in the 2 collection centers set up since last Friday, October 27.

«Let’s join efforts for our brothers in Guerrero; in Celaya we are good people and I am sure that we will respond positively to help these people who lost everything and who need our help so much», emphasized Mrs. Rosita Suarez.

The 2 collection centers set up to receive bottled water, non-perishable food and personal hygiene items from Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, are:

DIF Irrigación: Av. Irrigación S/N de la colonia Alfredo Vázquez Bonfil.
CAFI (Coordinación de Acciones a Favor de la Infancia): Mexico Ave. on the corner of Chile St. S/N in the Latinoamericana neighborhood.
So far, CAFI has received 10 packages of water bottles; 11 bottles of oil; about 100 bags of rice, beans, pasta, lentils, cookies; 2 boxes of milk, a box of sardines and a box of soap.

On the other hand, DIF Irrigation has received a ton of vacuum-packed tortillas; 155 packages of bottled water; 131 kilos of beans; 123 cans of tuna and 30 bottles of water; rice, oil, toilet paper, diapers, among other groceries and personal hygiene items have also been received in smaller quantities.
