#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- Starting this Friday, Tecámac will host the tenth edition of the National Flag Football Tournament, in which 420 teams from various states of the country will participate, including several state teams, and from the United States and Guatemala.

At a press conference, the director of Imdeporte Tecámac, Manuel Fuentes, announced that the event will be held at the Sierra Hermosa Ecological and Sports Park, where 20 to 25 thousand people are expected to attend.

The games will take place from November 17 to 20, in 19 different categories and the best representatives of associations and leagues in the country will face each other.

For his part, the director of the Flag Football Federation, César Barrera, said that 420 teams will participate, with more than seven thousand players, in categories from 10 to 35 years of age. The opening ceremony will take place at noon on Friday, November 17.

Among the states that will have representatives are Chihuahua, Hidalgo, Michoacán, Mexico City, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Coahuila, Sonora, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Querétaro, Chiapas, Quintana Roo and the host state.

Fuentes pointed out that Tecámac is called to be a sports city, where quality events can be held and he did not doubt that this tournament will be the best of this year, as is the interest of the municipal president, Mariela Gutiérrez.

In addition to Barrera Sanchez, the selected players Joshua Olivo, Jose Antonio Gomez Arellano and Cristopher Padron were also present.
