#EstadoDeMéxico.- At the head of the event for the enactment of the Civic Justice Law of the State of Mexico and its Municipalities, Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez assured that her administration will promote a legal framework that enables the development of the entity and its inhabitants in an environment of justice, inclusion, humanism and values, as indispensable elements to favor the harmony of the society of the State of Mexico.
«In our path towards the construction of a more just and inclusive State of Mexico, we will enact laws and policies that reflect the humanism and values that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, has set as an example and that we will honor in our state,» she emphasized.
Accompanied by the heads of the Legislative and Judicial branches, Azucena Cisneros Coss and Ricardo Sodi Cuellar, respectively, the state Governor indicated that this new legal framework seeks to contribute so that the people of Mexico have the minimum bases for a healthy social coexistence.
«This law is a reflection of what moves us as a government: The Power to Serve with justice and honesty. The Power to Serve represents a commitment to every citizen of Mexico, a commitment that the government will listen to them and will attend to their demands,» she said at the event held in the Central Courtyard of the Palace of the Executive Branch.
The Governor pointed out that this law is the result of the agreement of ideas and plural proposals through the initiatives presented by Congresswoman Azucena Cisneros Coss, member of the Morena Parliamentary Group, and Congresswoman Karla Aguilar Talavera, member of the PRI Parliamentary Group, of the PRI Parliamentary Group, which counted with the active participation of the Judiciary of the entity, allowing the conjunction of positions to bring to a successful conclusion a project approved by unanimous vote in the LXI local Legislature and will benefit the people of Mexico.
After signing the Decree enacting the Civic Justice Law of the State of Mexico and its Municipalities, which was also signed by Horacio Duarte Olivares, Secretary General of Government, Governor Delfina Gómez pointed out that the state administration has the purpose of guaranteeing access to justice to both rural and urban municipalities, to the most developed cities and indigenous communities, to young people and adults, as well as to women and men.
