#ISSSTE.- As part of the commitment to permanently provide basic personnel of the Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (Issste) with supplies, as instructed by the Director General, Pedro Zenteno Santaella, the programmed delivery of clothing to basic personnel of the medical and administrative units throughout the country began, as well as sheets for medical care areas, informed Juan Carlos Tetlalmatzin Córdova, Head of Storage and Distribution of the Central Warehouse.

Up to January 26, 302,962 out of a total of 642,339 pieces were distributed to medical and administrative units in various Mexican states. «All of this is part of our CEO’s strategy to provide medical equipment, furniture and clothing, so that quality work can be maintained in favor of the beneficiaries, as was done last year,» he said.

With the delivery of uniforms and clothing to rank-and-file workers, we are responding to the requests made by the workers during the supervisory tours of the head of the agency in the medical and administrative units, as well as other units of the institute in the states.

The institute also receives sheets made by women from the Sierra Tarahumara region, purchased by the institute for distribution to clinics and hospitals, as well as clothing for male and female personnel in maintenance services, warehouses, administration, SuperIssste stores, Fovissste, Family Care Clinics (CAF), Family Medicine Units (UMF), Family Medicine Clinics (CMF), Family Medicine Clinics with Specialty and Operating Room (CMFEQ), specialty clinics, hospital clinics and general hospitals; also to personnel of the Estancias para el Bienestar y Desarrollo Infantil (EBDI), Day Care Centers and third level care hospitals.
