Governor Delfina Gómez invests more than 44 million pesos in infrastructure, equipment and school scholarships for Texcaltitlán / @Edomex >>>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- The Government of the State of Mexico, headed by Teacher Delfina Gómez Álvarez, fulfills its educational commitments with the community of Texcaltitlán, with the delivery of 139 Scholarships for Well-being for Academic Achievement, as well as infrastructure and equipment works in 23 schools with an investment of 44 million 450 thousand pesos.

On a working tour of Texcaltitlán, the Secretary of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Miguel Ángel Hernández Espejel, highlighted that these infrastructure works, executed by the Mexiquense Institute of Educational Physical Infrastructure (IMIFE), will benefit 1,891 students with decent and adequate spaces for their learning.

Among the actions carried out, improvements were delivered to the “Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla” Elementary School: the construction of bathroom modules, a cistern, a septic tank, an absorption well, waterproofing of classrooms, general painting, and changing of tiles in 13 classrooms, with an investment of more than 4 million 617 thousand pesos.

In the “Profr. Fernando Aguilar” Kindergarten, more than 3 million 296 thousand pesos were allocated for the construction of bathroom modules, a cistern, a septic tank, an absorption well, waterproofing of buildings, general painting, changing of tiles in four classrooms and a warehouse, and the construction of an access ramp.

Hernández Espejel also delivered 139 Scholarships for Well-being for Academic Achievement, which are part of the more than 65 thousand scholarships granted by the state administration, with a total investment of 522 million pesos.
