Telebachillerato Comunitario transforms lives with school projects that benefit communities in the state of Mexico / @Edomex >>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- The strengthening of education by the Government of the State of Mexico has allowed students from the State of Mexico to carry out school projects for the benefit of the communities. Students from Telebachillerato Comunitario (TBC) 369 in Joquicingo created “Bio Clean: Pure Cleanliness, Safe Nature”, a biodegradable soap that reuses recycled cooking oil, thus contributing to the care of the environment and economic development in their locality.

Similarly, students from TBC 456 in San Francisco Putla wrote the book “Versos de San Francisco”, a work that reflects the creativity and sensitivity of young people. This community project not only makes visible the talent of its authors, but also strengthens the pride and cultural identity of the region.

These activities are the result of the commitment of Mexico’s teachers and the government of Mrs. Delfina Gómez Álvarez to turn the Telebachillerato Comunitario into a fundamental pillar at the high school level, by allowing students not only to access knowledge, but also to develop life skills through projects that turn students into agents of change.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (SECTI), headed by Miguel Ángel Hernández Espejel, promotes that education transcends beyond the classrooms of the 520 TBC campuses, located in 99 municipalities as part of the new guidelines of the New Mexican School (NEM).

The achievements of TBC students are also reflected in academics and sports. María Fernanda Dávila Rojas, a student at TBC No. 108 in Nezahualcóyotl, won first place at the state level in the Pierre Fermat 2023 Mathematics Contest, earning the possibility of studying at prestigious national and international institutions.
