Municipality of Tecámac, ready for the new schemeof admission to high school / @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- Tecámac is ready for the new educational scheme of entry to the high school level from the next school year, since in the last six years unprecedented support has been given to the educational infrastructure; in addition, a strong impetus to increase the spaces for this level of education.

The municipal administration, headed by Rosi Wong Romero, seeks to continue the actions to abate the backlog in facilities and maintenance that began in 2019 with –the now senator– Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, in order to promote a better and greater educational offer for students, since until that year it had been a forgotten sector.

After the announcement of the elimination of the Comipens exam, as part of the new strategy “Bachillerato Nacional para todas y todos ¡Mi derecho, mi lugar!”, this territory has quality schools, thanks to the support of the municipal administration, with almost 300 infrastructure and equipment works.

The municipal administration has supported educational institutions with the construction of arched roofs, equipment, computers, reinforcement of perimeter walls, remodeling of sanitary modules, painting and recreational spaces, among others.

The schools that have benefited from the installation of arch roofs have been the CBT 2 of Tecámac, the Conalep, the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de México (Cobaem) No. 35 and the CECyTEM, to mention a few.

Currently, there are 42 public and private high schools in Tecámac, and it is scheduled to start next August the high school No. 11 of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAMEX), in the Héroes Bosques section, and the opening of a Technological High School in Héroes San Pablo is planned.
