Mayor of Boca del Río, JM Unánue, recognizes AMANC’s work in favor of children with cancer / @JM_UNANUE @_BocadelRio >>>

#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- The Boca del Río City Hall and the Municipal DIF, maintain their commitment to continue supporting the families who need it most and who are going through a difficult path when facing childhood cancer in any of its stages.

That is why, working hand in hand with organizations that make a difference, Mayor Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal and his wife, the president of the Municipal DIF, Melina Rivera de Unánue, made a donation to the Mexican Association for Children with Cancer.

“With much affection, we give a donation in the hope that they will continue this noble mission. Supporting AMANC is betting on life, dreams and a future full of opportunities for these little warriors,” said De Unánue Abascal.

In the framework of the 20th anniversary of the Mexican Association of Aid to Children with Cancer Veracruz, the municipal authority, as well as the President of the DIF of Boca del Río, Melina Rivera de Unánue, welcomed the benefited families and children with cancer to the Municipal Palace.

Both emphasized that the sum of efforts from all areas of society, in this case the City of Boca del Rio and AMANC Veracruz, through this important donation, promote better opportunities for cure from timely diagnosis and quality treatment through warm attention and friendly support.

Rivera de Unánue commented that this donation was collected through the “Karaoke with a Cause” in charge of the DIF volunteers, to provide love, support and opportunities, which was delivered to the AMAC Veracruz President, Susana Lara García.

A check with the proceeds of the “Afternoon with a Cause” was also presented.

Finally, the Municipal President of Boca del Río, Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal, reiterated his commitment to continue working for everyone, but especially for those who most need fraternal support.
