#SecretaryOf Economy, #México. – The Government of Mexico, through the Ministries of Economy and Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), informs of the closure of the case regarding an alleged denial of freedom of association and collective bargaining rights at the company Aludyne Automotive Mexico City, S.A. de C.V. (ALUDYNE), located in Iztapalapa, Mexico City. The above, under the Labor Rapid Response Mechanism in Specific Facilities (MLRRIE) of Annex 31-A of the Treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada (T-MEC).
In the results of the internal investigation conducted by the STPS, which Mexico shared with the U.S. on May 16, 2025.
By means of the actions described above, carried out within 45 days after the receipt of the request for review, the company and the workers of this work center have better conditions to enforce their labor rights, especially freedom of association and collective bargaining.
As a result of the above, Mexico and the United States concluded that the facts that were the subject of the request for review within the framework of the MLRRIE were solved through the aforementioned actions.
Mexico reiterates its commitment to continue ensuring the enforcement of and respect for the collective rights of working people in this country.
