In Edomex, «You matter to us»: Raciel Pérez reaffirms his commitment to the health and economy of Tlalnepantla women / @RacielPerezC_ @Gob_Tlalne >>

#TlalnepantlaDeBaz, #StateOfMexico.- Various free services and support were available to the residents of the Jorge Jiménez Cantú neighborhood during the Comprehensive Women’s Health Day «You Matter to Us,» organized by the Federal, State, and Municipal governments with the goal of providing benefits to the population of Our City.

Mayor Raciel Pérez Cruz indicated that this event offered general medical consultations, dental care, eye exams, basic medications, and other services to ensure the health and support the economy of women living in Tlalnepantla Oriente.

In the presence of the Honorary President of the DIF, Rocío Pérez Cruz, the Mayor indicated that this public policy provides direct and personalized care to women who require specialized medical services provided by high-quality professionals in various fields without affecting citizens’ pockets.

The mayor exemplified that these types of social programs are part of a national social policy that, according to INEGI figures, has helped more than 13.4 million people escape poverty. «This figure encourages us, but it poses a challenge because there are still millions of Mexicans who face the struggle of survival every day.»

Prior to this event, municipal authorities toured this community to identify the needs of the residents of this part of Tlalnepantla. He stated that «The East is an integral part of the entire territory, and here you have the same rights as those in the West. We are very proud of all of you.»

The Technical Secretary of the Peace Building Roundtable, Joel Licona, commented that these sessions are part of a national strategy led by the President of the Republic, Dr. Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, to address the causes, this refers to the reduction of violence, building peace in all regions of the country and particularly in Tlalnepantla, «Every day we meet to hold a peace roundtable led by the Municipal President together with Commissioner Jorge Alberto Gómez Estrella and we work on strategies to reduce violence.»
