#SecretaríaDeEducaciónPública.- After the revision of the curriculum proposal for initial, preschool, primary and secondary education, a process of education, training and accompaniment will begin so that its implementation will be an enriching experience and not a simple administrative procedure, announced the Secretary of Public Education, Delfina Gómez Álvarez.

At the closing of the assemblies for the analysis of the study plan and programs for the design of the Free Textbooks for Basic Education, in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, she called to invest in the teaching profession, without pettiness or corruption, in order to achieve its specialization and continuous improvement.

Gómez Álvarez said that the 32 state sessions demonstrated that the real experts are the teachers in front of the group; therefore, he called on them to take ownership of the contents and dialogues to achieve significant interventions in the guiding documents of the National Education System.

She acknowledged that the sector faces legal, economic, infrastructure and training challenges, which is why the construction of the new curriculum framework is the first step to move forward and emerge from lethargy.
