The Secretary of Economy will make a working visit to the United Kingdom and Germany

#SecretaríaDeEconomía.- The Secretary of Economy, Tatiana Clouthier, will make a working visit to the cities of London and Berlin to strengthen economic and investment ties with the United Kingdom and Germany.

In London, negotiations for a new Free Trade Agreement with the United Kingdom will formally begin, and Secretary Clouthier will meet with the private sector, with the objective of strengthening British investment in Mexico, as well as our commercial ties.

In Berlin, the Secretary’s meetings will focus on attracting investment and continuing to ensure that Mexico is an ideal partner for doing business. The Secretary will hold meetings with companies such as Volkswagen, Bayer and BMW, as well as with the Federation of German Industrialists and the German Business Association for Latin America.

The Undersecretary of Foreign Trade, Luz María de la Mora, and the head of the Commercial Attaché of the Ministry of Economy to the European Union, Víctor Aguilar, will accompany Secretary Clouthier.
