In Guerrero, third cruise ship of the year arrives in Acapulco; consolidates as an ideal destination for tourism / @EvelynSalgadoP @Gob_Guerrero >>>

#EstadoDeGuerrero.- The arrival of this vessel, number 11 of the season, to the bay of Acapulco, is a consequence of the successful results to promote connectivity promoted by the government of Guerrero headed by Evelyn Salgado Pineda, who celebrates the arrival of each cruise ship, not only because it represents a tourist attraction, but also because it reactivates the economy of the port’s tourism service providers.

The cruise ship Norwegian Bliss, with Bahamas flag, is coming from Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala, bringing on board 5,519 people; of which 3,842 are passengers and 1,677 crew members.

The ship will remain docked at the dock of the Maritime Terminal until five o’clock in the afternoon, when it will depart for Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

The Ministry of Tourism of Guerrero welcomed the passengers, in coordination with federal and municipal authorities. As is tradition, there was music by the municipal band and regional dances.

In an interview, the Director of International Tourism Promotion, Sergio Palacios, said that so far this January three cruise ships have arrived and three more are expected to arrive during this first month of the year.
