#EstadoDeBajaCalifornia.- The Comisión Estatal de Servicios Públicos de Tijuana (CESPT) informs all its users that there are only a few days left to enjoy the benefit of an 8.5 percent discount when paying their annual water bill, with Tuesday, February 28 being the last day to obtain this discount.

Víctor Daniel Amador Barragán, general director of the water utility, indicated that there has been a very good response from users, who took advantage of the 12 percent discount on their annual water service in January, and now also in February with the 8.5 percent discount, as an incentive for citizen participation in the culture of payment.

He also said that both users and the agency will benefit, since they will avoid having to go to the collection offices for the rest of the year, and the agency will strengthen its finances to acquire more equipment, which will be reflected in an improvement in the efficiency of the services provided.

He mentioned that CESPT’s 17 customer service centers in Tijuana and Playas de Rosarito are available for the process, and payment can also be made online through the utility’s portal https://www.cespt.gob.mx.
