#IMSS.- On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, IMSS Director General Zoé Robledo said that Fundación IMSS has generated more than 300 research protocols and supports the implementation of various social programs.

«We are a civil society and an authorized donor by the SAT, we receive donations and issue tax-deductible receipts,» said Ana Lía García García, director of the Foundation.

All the efforts of the IMSS Foundation are aimed at supporting health research, continuing education for personnel and the development of social projects that benefit the beneficiaries and workers of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).

Recalling that May 6 marks the 20th anniversary of its creation, the IMSS Director General, Zoé Robledo, pointed out that the Foundation was created thanks to the impetus of a great Mexican physician, Dr. Jesús Kumate Rodríguez, thanks to whom more than 300 research protocols have been managed and generated.

«The Foundation has been a great support in the search for resources as well and to be able to pass that knowledge on to the application of various social programs,» he said.

For her part, Ana Lía García explained that this is a non-profit organization, which does not depend administratively on Social Security, «we are a civil society and an authorized donor by the SAT, we receive donations and issue tax-deductible receipts».
