#EstadoDeQuerétaro.- The governor, Mauricio Kuri Gonzalez, witnessed the signing of the collaboration agreement «Let the Network Bring Us Closer so that No One is Missing», which promotes the digital and integral activation of the Identity Card of the AMBER Alert Program and the ALBA Protocol, in order to contribute through the use of technological resources in the location of people.

«Here we know that in Querétaro, only with you, only together, we can solve the toughest problems we may have and live in peace, and living in peace does not mean living in the absence of war, but with the peace of mind that if a child or adolescent is missing, together we will find him or her,» he emphasized.

The head of the Executive Branch indicated that the initiative, with the participation of more than 80 organizations including private companies, universities, government institutions, associations and the media, aims to contribute to the resolution of cases and provide prompt protection for people at risk.

In the face of a national problem such as missing persons, he indicated that Queretaro does act, and in this sense he affirmed that measures have been taken so that the people of Queretaro have the possibility of searching for a single person, putting themselves in the shoes of others and walking together to be able to help.

He emphasized that citizen collaboration is fundamental in this process, and the State Attorney General’s Office is carrying out a transcendental action by adding the voluntary support of social groups, which have immediate reach, to impact thousands of people in just a few minutes.
