#Irapuato, #Gto.- Through the Virtual Attention Center of the General Directorate of Urban Development, the Government of Irapuato is making steady progress in becoming an Electronic Government and a Smart City.

Teresita de Jesús Gallardo Arroyo, head of the agency, explained that the instruction of the municipal president, Lorena Alfaro García, is to move towards an Electronic Government, in which citizens can carry out their procedures in a faster and more efficient way.

«We already have tools that we can use and combine for the same objective, this is what it is all about, with the E-Government policy and our Virtual Attention Center,» said the municipal official.

By combining all these tools, citizens can access the web page https://desarrollourbano.irapuato.gob.mx to manage, initiate and follow up on permits and procedures, without having to go to the Urban Development offices.
