#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- In a joint initiative between the Health Institute of the State of Mexico (ISEM) and the Tecámac Medical Unit, the no-scalpel vasectomy day was held, with the aim of promoting family planning and responsible parenthood in the municipality.

On this occasion, a total of 35 men underwent this surgery, five more than had been scheduled in previous days.

The no-scalpel vasectomy technique is a safe and effective contraceptive method that offers men the opportunity to control their fertility permanently.

This procedure is performed without major surgical incisions, which reduces the recovery time and minimizes the associated risks, guaranteeing an operation without pain or side effects.

The aim of these actions is not only to provide a reliable option for male contraception, but also to promote paternal responsibility and informed decision making in family planning.

It should be noted that the Tecámac Medical Unit collaborated with the facilities, doctors and nurses, who were in charge of the integration of the file and the taking of vital signs, as well as healing material.
