#Acapulco, #Gro.- The government headed by the municipal president, Abelina Lopez Rodriguez, through the Municipal Tourism Department, provided facilities to a group of people with disabilities from Mexico City, who met for the first time the inclusive park located on the Costera Miguel Aleman.

In this way, 21 girls from the «Sacred Heart of Jesus» ranch in Mexico City were able to learn about and appreciate the attractions and services available in the port of Acapulco, which can be enjoyed by all people in a safe, comfortable, autonomous and normalized way.

For many of them, visiting a park had not been possible, since most of them do not have adequate facilities for their enjoyment, generating discrimination. In this sense, the government of Abelina Lopez Rodriguez has built inclusive spaces, fulfilling the objective of generating social justice for groups in vulnerable situations.

It should be noted that the park «El Golfito» is the first to be inclusive in the entire state of Guerrero, which provides a worthy place of recreation for people with disabilities.

Representing the Secretary of Municipal Tourism, David Abarca, the Director of Tourism Promotion and Diffusion, Gerardo Ochoa Amorós, commented that the facilities are designed for the recreation of people with disabilities. «We observe that tourists and locals enjoy this park; this is where we realize that when public policies are properly executed, diverse positive results can be obtained.»
