From January to July 2023, the ASA Network increased passenger service by 9% / @jorgenunol @SCT_mx >>>

#SICT.- From January to July 2023, the air terminals that make up the Airports and Auxiliary Services Network (ASA) served two million 335 thousand 103 passengers, 9% more than the two million 142 thousand 907 users in the same period of 2022.

The increase in passenger traffic from January to July 2023 was obtained in the following airports of the ASA Network: Nuevo Laredo, 115.7%; Poza Rica, 91.8%; Ciudad Victoria, 48.9%; Matamoros, 33.9%; Puerto Escondido, 23.8%; Tepic, 21.4%; Loreto, 19.8%; Colima, 19.7%; Puebla, 14.3%; Uruapan, 10.3% growth.

With respect to air operations in the seven-month period, 76,139 were carried out in the ASA Network, with eight terminals registering positive figures in this area: Nuevo Laredo, 22.8%; Matamoros, 17.5%; Puebla, 11.6%; Tepic, 11.1%; Guaymas, 7.9%; Nogales, 2.3%; Uruapan, 1.7% and Ciudad del Carmen, with a positive displacement of 0.8%.

From January to July 2023, the cargo moved amounted to two million 935 thousand 572 kilograms and three airports reported the highest flow in air cargo volume: Campeche, 11.8%; Ciudad Obregón, 4.8%; and Ciudad del Carmen, with 2.2% more movement than in the same period of 2022.
