#SE.- In the framework of the Thirteenth Edition of El Buen Fin 2023, to be held from November 17 to 20, the opening of the registration for the use of the trademark was announced for all companies and individuals interested in participating in the largest commercial event of the year.
The meeting was headed by the Undersecretary of Industry and Commerce, Luis Abel Romero López; the Executive President of the National Association of Self-Service and Department Stores (ANTAD), Vicente Yáñez Solloa; the Vice President of Renewable Energies of the Confederation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism (CONCANACO SERVYTUR), Omar Kuri Ceja; the General Director of the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO), Pierre-Claude Blaise; Francisco Lelo de Larrea, Deputy Director of Economic Research of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) and Centro de Estudios Económicos del Sector Privado (CEESP); René Guzmán García, Central Administrator of Taxpayer Services of the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT); René Guzmán García, Central Administrator of Tax Services for Taxpayers; Jorge Alberto Gaitán Burgos, General Director of Telecommunications Advertising Procedures and Analysis of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO); and Jorge Vázquez Valdés, General Director of Tourism Product Innovation of the Ministry of Tourism.
Undersecretary Romero López indicated that there is an encouraging economic outlook, for example, the Gross Domestic Product as of the second quarter of 2023 grew 3.6 percent with respect to last year, with a stable exchange rate. As of June 2023, the minimum wage is at 207 pesos, that is, 89 percent more purchasing power with respect to 2018, among others.
