#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The municipal president of Tecámac, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, met with the governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez Álvarez, to present her with the projects that were left pending by the previous state administration, and which are of great benefit to the people of Tecámac.

Upon visiting the governor’s office at the Government Palace, the mayor stressed the importance of the transformation of the state, especially the fact that it is headed by an honest and socially sensitive woman.

In the context of next weekend’s visit of the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, to Tecámac, who will be accompanied by Gómez Álvarez, she pointed out that it will also be an opportunity to present her petitions.

She pointed out that the construction of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA) has turned Tecámac and the central region into the new development pole of the country, and this implies investing in security, urban infrastructure and better roads, among others.

Gutiérrez Escalante said that among the works that have not been carried out and that are the responsibility of the state government, is the total rehabilitation of the Ojo de Agua Boulevard, which was recently authorized towards the end of the previous administration and that the first stage is about to be completed.

She said that for some time he has also requested the repair of Chapultepec Avenue, which represents an important roadway to connect Tecámac with Ecatepec and the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense.
