#ÁlvaroObregón, #CDMX.- In response to neighborhood demands to improve traffic flow in the district, Mayor Lía Limón intensified operations to free up the streets by removing cars in areas where parking is prohibited and optimizing the respective signage.

While leading another traffic enforcement operation, the official reiterated: «mobility is one of the biggest problems and, to tell the truth, the Ministry of Mobility does not help us at all, that is why we have been working for 15 days with the Undersecretary of Transit on Díaz Ordaz Avenue to solve the chaos caused by the saturation of cars in this area».

In this sense, he reiterated his government’s determination to work 24/7 to free the streets and improve the traffic flow; therefore, he urged the neighbors of the mayor’s office to respect the traffic signs, which allows to speed up the circulation of vehicles and people, and reinforces the safety of everyone.

He emphasized that, with these actions, in 15 days, 66 vehicles have been violated; 4 motorcycles have been sent to the vehicle depot; 80 people have been verbally reprimanded for leaving their cars on this road; and 40 cars have had a license plate, circulation card or driver’s license removed.
