#Celaya, #Gto.- So far in the current Municipal Administration, the DIF Celaya System has delivered 294 wheelchairs for the direct benefit of the same number of Celaya families, thus improving their mobility and quality of life.

This was announced by the president of the Board of Trustees of the System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIF) of Celaya, Rosa María Suárez de Mendoza, during the delivery of 50 wheelchairs on Tuesday.

«This reflects the commitment of our Municipal President, Mr. Javier Mendoza Márquez, to prioritize support for the people of Celaya who need it most and be assured that every day we get up with the desire to help the most vulnerable people,» said Mrs. Rosita during her welcome message.

It was at the DIF facilities where today the delivery of 50 wheelchairs and a walker was made by Mrs. Rosita, accompanied by the General Director of DIF, María del Carmen Núñez Mares.

So far in the current Municipal Administration, 294 wheelchairs have been delivered, in addition to another important number of orthopedic devices, giving direct benefit to almost 300 families from Celaya, improving their mobility and quality of life; only in this 2023, 145 of these orthopedic devices have been delivered.
