#ISSSTE.- To support those affected by Hurricane Otis and as part of the actions to help in the recovery of Acapulco, the Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (Issste) will assign extraordinary personal loans for victims who request them, informed the general director, Pedro Zenteno Santaella.
The Institute has this type of special loans available to assist beneficiaries and their families at this time. The Director of Economic, Social and Cultural Benefits, Yezmín Lehmann Mendoza, sent personnel to attend to the procedures and speed up the process in favor of the affected members, he said.
She explained that the loans must be requested within 60 days after the declaration issued by the General Coordination of Civil Protection (CNPC) https://goo.su/pOMpL, by calling the Asissste line at 55 4000 1000, option 5 and then option 1.
The credits are for a maximum amount of 40 thousand pesos for workers and pensioners, and may be delivered with the following requirements:
- Report or certificate issued by the corresponding authority, that is, by the Secretary of Integral Risk Management and Civil Protection of the state government, where it is identified and determined that the applicant is a victim of a natural disaster. - Last proof of income.
- Valid official identification.
- Proof of address.
